I've had these for years and love them, but cannot get this one to open correctly. I've been a loyal JL customer for years also, but the lack of pertinent FAQ and no reply to customer service have me losing all my Christmas spirit.

Cannot terminate service.

I have attempted to cancel this service. Cannot contact customer service. Just Answer is not helpful. They provided incorrect contact information.

Cancelled

I sent an e-mail in late February or early March; now it is April and I've received a bill from you. I've called my credit card company and am disputing the charge. Why hasn't this been cancelled?

Cancel my membership

Good Morning. I received your email for renewing my subscription and promptly sent you two emails asking to cancel my membership. I just saw the $30.00 renewal on my credit card statement. Please help me resolve this problem. Hopefully you can find my membership via my email as I do not know my passcode anymore. Thank you. Julie White credit card ending in 7751

User's recommendation: Still have not heard anything from this company which means I will call our credit card company to dispute this charge. I am surprised to hear NOTHING back.

Lost gift card

My friend sent a birthday greeting and a $50 gift card for my birthday. Code numbers did not print out so I could not use the gift card at the store. The company has no phone number. I emailed but didnt hear back.

I cannot understand why anyone would not adore those cards.

I fully support these beautiful cards; the artists and topics are delightful. My recipients are always so pleased to receive them.

Unable to view any cards due to video error

I have a problem at present I am extremely frustrated - I choose a card to send and a screen comes up saying: 'Sorry video playback error please reload page and try again' which I have repeatedly done and then a further screen comes up saying: ' The media playback was aborted due to a corruption or because the media used features your browser didn't support' PLEASE RECTIFY PROBLEM ASAP I have been trying for 2 days to send cards to several friend without success. Very disappointed!
