Twice now when I ordered more than a card from Jacquie Lawson the item was not delivered. No evidence of it was found that it had been sent.
Very disappointing since these were gifts. I send cards all the time; some people never get them.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product or service ordered. Corrected their error and renewed my membership. I wrote ten emails before someone corrected their error.

Very disappointing. On December 26, 2025, I paid for a two-year subscription. When signing in, I get a message that I need to subscribe.
The payment charge has gone through my bank. I am frustrated and disappointed in the service, especially since I've been a subscriber for several years.

I am up-to-date in my payments to Jacquie Lawson. The evidence is that I constantly get birthday reminders, but when I try to send a card, every single time I get the message: ACCESS DENIED.
It looks like the webpage is dead, since you cannot even visit it. What is going on?

I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for the wonderful interactive Advent Calendars you design and make available through your website. I am truly a fan and am already looking forward to the 2026 Advent Calendar.
With the 2026 Advent Calendar, I would like to offer a few suggestions. I would like to see you bring back the sketchbook of the animals that were found on the calendar as in previous years. I actually draw what is in those sketches with color swatches and love it!
It would be fun instead of dressing up snow people to dress up elves. I love those pesky little guys!
Having different card games or maybe even a mahjong game would be great.

Impossible.
I want to close any contact with Jacquie Lawson, not being able to navigate their operation. When I needed help, it was not forthcoming. I will take the blame for this 95-year-old lack of ability in navigating.
So please close the account which I virtually did not use. If there are any charges, please let me know.

As a 95-year-old, it is best that I cancel my account. I have tried but am now showered with communications from them that I once sought, so I simply want to close the account and not waste their or my time further.

Cannot believe the negative reviews I have been reading
I have been a delighted customer of Jacquie Lawson from the outset! I love the cards, and I love the Advent Calendars.
Of course there are cards that do not appeal, how could there not be, but there is a large membership to cater for and we dont all like the same things. The people I send cards to - and there are lots - love them too and look forward to receiving them.
I have been particularly happy with this years Advent Calendar - an absolute triumph - and although I actually doubt it could be bettered, I look forward to the next one already!
My thanks go to the entire team - and I whish you all a Happy, Successful and Busy (on our behalf!) year!

Unable to resolve the issue of resetting the password; what the website states doesn't work. There is nothing that states there is an automatic subscription renewal. I believe a federal FTC complaint is warranted.

I continue in my quest to get the Advent Calendar I purchased in November. A new twist occurred today to confuse me even more. We received our credit card bill and we were charged for two calendars, and I checked with my daughter and she has received her Advent Calendar. I don't have mine; you seem to have no record of my email or payment, but hers is taken care of. I haven't gotten any update since Dec 3 and don't tell me, yet again, that I sign in to the free demonstration, because I did pay for this.
Below I will resend the two transactions, again, one for membership in July and the other for the purchase of two Advent Calendars. I don't know what else I can do, but you have a very dissatisfied customer.
