Can not send cards. System balks when I get to address and send. This has happened before and if it continues I will d

System admits me and lets me select and personalize card but freezes before I can send it. This has happened before, and if it continues I will dump this service. Lastly, why don't they offer a phone number? Surely they can afford it.

Alleged sending of card.

A Jacquie Lawson card was received by a friend allegedly sent by me. This is not the case as I,ve sent no cards to anyone recently. Please investigate. Thanking you.

There is no way to talk to someone at Customer Service. All I get are more suggesting sites to go.I was able to write back to refund my money but have nothing heard since.

About the refund of 3 Sussex Advent calendars which none of my family could download. I feel very bad because it was a present from me to my family members.

User's recommendation: Very difficult to find Customer Services and to talk to them.
