Discovered on their FB site that the calendar won't work on computers with less than Win 10 64bit....so it was never going to be OK. But this also puts the onus on anyone buying for friends that they have to know what kind of computer or phone (there's an app...

I've had these for years and love them, but cannot get this one to open correctly. I've been a loyal JL customer for years also, but the lack of pertinent FAQ and no reply to customer service have me losing all my Christmas spirit.

Only two of my Thanksgiving cards went out

Only two of my Thanksgiving cards went out, and I am very disappointed. I did not know, until this a.m., that no one received what I had sent. If I had known they were not being sent out, I would have liked to have known, so I could go elsewhere.

User's recommendation: This is the first time I have had any difficulty with Jackie Lawson. If they could not fulfil the order I would have liked to have known it and gone else where.

QUERY ABOUT WHY I HAD TO PAY TWICE FOR ADVENT CALENDAR

On November 4th I purchased 3 Advent calendars for my great grandchildren and when I did I was supposed to receive one free for ordering them. They were placed on my mastercard and looking at my bank acct. it shows it was paid for at $14.10. There is a second charge of $5.00 below that and another charge of $20.00 for the same day. Why was I charged extra for the first purchase??? I am very upset as I am 87 years old and in poor health and this was one way I can shop for gifts online. I did the same thing last year. Please tell me why it went through the extra charges. I have used your cards often for birthdays and and anniversary and feel this a poor way to do business.

I want to cancel my account

Your prices are too high, I want to cancel my account and I am dismayed that you do not have a direct telephone line to speak with a human being. Avoid any company that will not give you a telephone contact.

I was charged twice for my membership back in August and now that want me to pay $1.00 to give out more private info.

Having trouble getting County Cottage to load

Overall a great experience. Lately I've had a problem with the Country Cottage not loading. It says "loading, please wait a moment...", but never loads.

Their renewal form is WRONG It says my subs ends on October 2020 not 2021 so I cannot renew for a year I have already paid for. And they want £5 to answer my query!
