I am a new customer. The computer-generated voice for ecards is terrible.
The voice is boring, has no inflections, is monotone, sentences run together, and words are cut off.
I am surprised that the quality is so poor. Your quality control has failed your company.
Preferred solution: Get the company to fix the very poor quality of voice in ecards.

Please help me retrieve it or create a new password. I've tried to find the answer in your system; impossible.
User's recommendation: No recommendation. AS a 95 year old I could not navigate their system and could get any help and the system provided none. No response after trying and trying. I just want out.

2 old credit cards hacked and destroyed, Please Advise

I'm supposedly a member of this company and they won't let me in, I have ordered a card and have no idea if it will be sent. If this can't be straightened out I want my money back.
I supposedly joined your membership, and have tried to get a card sent, but it refuses to take order. If this is the way you operate, I want my money back.
Now I don't know if I should send reg. card or get my fancy *** card sent.

Annual charge without Access
This happened to my daughter this past summer and it has happened to me this month. We have both been charged annually, but we have been lockout of our accounts even though we reset passwords.
They never sent codes to reset.
this has happened time and time again. I am done!

Preferred solution: I went to the company you asked me to do and was charged 38.00 which they said they will refund. I hope so because they did nothing but charge me for a membership I never wanted in the first place.

Please help! I have the calendar activated and downloaded, but I can't open it because it doesn't recognize my password or email.
I can't seem to get around that. It took a few days to get a response back, but they were very apologetic about the delay and provided detailed instructions on how to resolve the issue, which worked.
- It was a gift recipient
- It is a fantastic product
- It would be easier not to have to register and sign in
Preferred solution: An apology was provided for the tardy response but importantly, detailed instructions were provided to resolve the issue.

I received an e card from someone I don't know and can't contact your company without a customer service phone number. You are customer service robot FAQs do not answer my question!
I want to know who this sender is before I click on a link to open the card! I should be able to find out who this person is before I open.

I am no longer a member. Dora Short sent me a gift to the Village twice.
After activating it, it asks me to buy. I have been unable to uninstall my membership. A few years ago, due to poor eyesight, I canceled my membership. Dora Short recently sent me The Village as a gift.
I activated and downloaded it, but it asks me to buy it. Please take my membership from your files.

2025 Advent calendar
Have been a JL subscriber for years and love their cards. Bought the 2025 Advent calendar, have bought in the past and love them.
This year, found it difficult to download. Once I did I was cut off on scene #4 with a banner which covered the page saying I need to pay before I could continue.
Checked my bank, I did pay. Can't contact Customer Service to have access to the Calendar restored.

They have never replied to an of my emails or by using their contact system attached to their system.
As a long-term member, I cannot log on; this is no doubt due to me being forced to change all my details after being hacked. I have tried to fill in the information you require, but do not have the necessary details.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement.
The problem was that the card could be shared but unlike the help suggestion the gift voucher was not resent and apparently went AWOL.
So I thought I would call them to ask them to cancel the gift voucher and reimburse me. Guess what? No telephone number available! But I could send them an online enquiry, so I did.
And then I waited, but to date there has been no response, not even an acknowledgment. It seems Jacquie Lawson would prefer to ignore customers and not offer any direct help or support.

User's recommendation: Jacquielawson cards is a fabulous company, I just didn't know how to include an advent calendar in a birthday card so I sent a message asking how to do it.
I was OVERCHARGED
A couple of days ago I signed up for Jacquie Lawson ecards. I wanted ONE year only but was charged for two...Please reverse this charge of $45.00 and charge only $30 as I requested!
