Cancel subscription

I am unable to log on because I have been a long-time user. There is no record of my email, but you are still able to send an advent calendar. This makes no sense.

Recipients are not receiving their cards!

Only two recipients received their cards. I have since re-sent the four remaining cards that were not delivered and only 1 recipient received theirs.

Now I have three remaining cards to send that were not delivered when I re-sent them. I presume I will encounter more problems because I see a pattern. The system is not working. I have never had any problems in the past, but this has become a nuisance.

I followed the instructions for re-sending, unfortunately I have to keep re-sending what I have already re-sent.

The original send date was Dec 31, 2024, then I re-sent again on Jan 1, 2025.I am very displeased with the service. Steven Haas shw.browneyes@***.com

I have had this card service for years always paid on time sent many many cards out and I also turned many people on your card service. You’re making way too many errors not sending cards out or sendi

Ive been a paid customer for many years you have been given all my personal information and I already checked online. You have every single bit of it.

I have requested that my account be canceled.. I find it very strange. Have I ever known there was not a phone number where you could contact a live human being. I wouldve never signed up with you.

Theres way too many companies that do the same thing that you used to do for me and will no longer do just cancel my service. Ive also blocked you sending any further emails to me. I am done. I cant tell you how embarrassing it is for a friend of mine to get the card two or three times thats just absolutely the most ridiculous thing Ive ever heard of in this day of Technology get rid of my information.

I will no longer order one more card from you ever again I dont care what youve taken for me moneywise its not important. The money is not important. Professionalism is important.

User's recommendation: Add a phone number so we can talk to a live human being. I’ve had the same secure login for all these years. It’s certainly not something. The average person would ever come up with because I made it up. There’s no such existing word in the dictionary and you tell me to come and put a new password in because there’s a security Risk. What kind of security risk do you have for getting a card good Lord in fact, I just canceled my credit card number that you have so it’s over. I will not give you my new credit card number when it comes tomorrow FedEx or the next day because it’s a holiday. It’s over for me. I can’t deal with an unprofessional company. Been around for As you.

Overcharged and can't get a refund

At my 1st Jacquie Lawson renewal I was offered a "bundle" price for Jacquie Lawson plus a Blue Mountain subscription. I selected the bundle option and was charged the bundle price PLUS the standard Jacquie Lawson renewal price. Now I can't get a refund or even acknowledgement that I was overcharged.

I was charged for renewal of my prescription.When I now try to send message appears that the page is no longer available.

I have been charged for renewal, but when I try to send a card, it says the page is no longer available. I can log in and all the email addresses of people I send cards to are still there.But that is the message when I hit, send.

There is no way to contact any customer service.

There are only set questions that do not apply. Although I and my recipients enjoyed the ecards, none can be sent after the renewal.

Problem with sending ecards

The address book that comes up on the Jacquie Lawson site, when I'm about to send a card, is out of date. Some of the people have changed their email addresses.

I don't use this address list anyway as the only email addresses that I want are stored on my laptop. Please can you remove this feature from my screen? It is misleading and I don't need it.

Sometimes, when I'm sending a card to a person who has a similar name to someone else, the address book feature changes the name automatically. I cannot send the card if the person's name is wrong.

Would not return $$ to my dead mother's account.

The CSR refused to return a check to my late mother's estate, would only refund to a canceled credit card, which means they kept the $$. There is no reason not to send a check. PS: they automatically renewed the account more than 30 days before the anniversary date.
