I have been trying for several days to renew my membership without success. Could you please help?
This is the third attempt to contact Jacquie Lawson and I have received no response.

Verified Reviewer |Problem with sending ecards
The address book that comes up on the Jacquie Lawson site, when I'm about to send a card, is out of date. Some of the people have changed their email addresses.
I don't use this address list anyway as the only email addresses that I want are stored on my laptop. Please can you remove this feature from my screen? It is misleading and I don't need it.
Sometimes, when I'm sending a card to a person who has a similar name to someone else, the address book feature changes the name automatically. I cannot send the card if the person's name is wrong.
Would not return $$ to my dead mother's account.
The CSR refused to return a check to my late mother's estate, would only refund to a canceled credit card, which means they kept the $$. There is no reason not to send a check. PS: they automatically renewed the account more than 30 days before the anniversary date.

The company should not have charged my account without my permission. This was cancelled by me as I cannot use it.

Thank you so much for making the build-up to Christmas so magical. This is the second year that my daughters and I have been treated to this wonderful advent calendar.
We all love the videos, games, and small details.
I particularly liked today's nod to Notre Dame. I have already raved to various friends who say that next year they too will purchase one.

I have just spent well over an hour to send a Christmas card to many of my friends. But when I went to Cards Pending it doesn't show up.
So, I will have to do it all again.
I am very frustrated by your system. If I do this again and get the same result I will withdraw my year's subscription and will be asking for my money back.

Only two recipients received their cards. I have since re-sent the four remaining cards that were not delivered and only 1 recipient received theirs.
Now I have three remaining cards to send that were not delivered when I re-sent them. I presume I will encounter more problems because I see a pattern. The system is not working. I have never had any problems in the past, but this has become a nuisance.
I followed the instructions for re-sending, unfortunately I have to keep re-sending what I have already re-sent. The original send date was Dec 31, 2024, then I re-sent again on Jan 1, 2025.
And I still have remaining cards to re-send. I am very displeased with this service.

Verified ReviewerTheir website is so confusing when trying to send the same card to several people that I spent at lease four hours. When you go back to check what you have you have to start all over again. I quit!
In my opinion this is a prime example of a company more interested in their bottom line than their customers time. I was in a good mood when I started, now I'm not.

Greetings, I have been reading to find out why the video does not load on my Paris Advent Calendar. I can sign in, download the calendar, listen to the music, see the figures walking, find all of the numbers, but...when I click on the number it opens and states that the video will begin soon or something to that effect.
It does not begin. (I did not have this problem with previous calendars).
I adjusted the streaming and the screen size... it does not begin.

Preferred solution: figure out when everything on the Paris Advent Calendar appears to work but when i hit upon day one or day two to see the video, the video does not open.
