30.00 dollar charge on my Visa.

I would llike to know how long this charge is for. last time I paid 15,00 dollars. I do not want automatic charg807e to my Visa again. I prefer to do things my way.

Unlawful charged

Cannot use the system

i cannot send or receive cards i have tried removing and and restarting the service. nothing works

Non delivery of cards

On two occasions when I have sent cards for delivery on a future date, this has not happened. Is this par for the course and is there a greater probability of successful delivery if I ask for immediate delivery?

Duplicate renewel charge

I recently renewed my membership. However: my credit card statement reflects two renewal charges. Please send me credit for $20.00.

My membership expires 07/2022, and I am being asked to pay $20.00 before I can continue to send an ecard today. Why would that be? Please advise.

Cancelation

Unable to send are card for 2021 date just before the New Year. Issue now resolved. JL explained they are very short of staff due to Covid.

I cannot contact Jacquie Lawson by email.pls send me a general contact email. The help@...email rejects my mail because I have to mention a Credit card number. In general works Jaqucie Lawson perfect and I renewed since many years.

Hi Ive been trying to get either my money back or my membership renewed since 10/12/20 I paid via Pay Pal but it still says I need to renew .Ive emailed on numerous occasions and still got nowhere its really annoying Im so angry . No one is doing anything apart from reply mails telling me to renew . I want my money back NOW .

I followed up with an email advising my review and review number. The same day I received an email confirming my account cancelled and a full refund had been issued.

I checked my bank account and it has been credited. Still no explanation on how they managed to use my new card details!!

They have cancelled my account BUT NOT REFUNDED my $30.I have forwarded another email requesting refund

I am a pensioner. My renewal was due and I could not afford it. The registered credit card with the company had expired, so I did not update it. However they deducted the amount from my new card! How did they do this - I do not know. It should be against the law to use a unregistered, unauthorised card. I have emailed them several times but, as expected. No reply. I dont know how to stop them doing this. Shame on you Jacquie Lawson
