Wish to cancel my account since I haven' t used in in several years

I wish to cancel my account, because my wife is using her's and I haven't used my account for several years. However, I have changed my email address from t1alexander@***k to my new email address of alexandertw@***.net my computer was broken into several years ago . Please help me . Wife passed away, need to close account

My wife Teresa Brown passed away on Jan 4, 2021. Im trying to get this account removed from accounts since I will not be using it. Her email is tmbrown2@***.net. Im not sure what her account number might be so please contact me via my email. Thank you for your help in this difficult time. FYI, I certainly did not want to send a note to what seems to be About Pissed Customer. My wife loved your cards. I just didnt know where else I could send a note. COMPLAINT ABOUT RENEWAL !

This is MARIETTA R.OTERO , your old client. I want to renew my membership but your form kept on posting my old account 7576. I already have a new account which is 5059. It kept on showing my last year account! So my renewal has not been acted upon .! Hope you can be of help because I like your beautifully designed animated cards which my friends appreciate too. My email has changed and you charged me for an Advent calendar and I did not receive it.

How do I get a $20.00 credit for an Advent calendar?? My email is different from the one you have. I never got it. It was automatically charged to my credit card. How do I get this changed?

Charge on my Capital One Master Card

Am assuming the $30. charge is for a 2 year membership, which I do not mind as I use your site. My concern is that you did not alert me of the charge when you made it and I have no idea how you got my card number. Please tell me about this transaction. Please advise if my AMEX payment has been accepted. I do not want to try again in case of duplication. Card was in my husbands name originally Jeff Doughty.
