Want to cancel

I have noted that another15 pounds has been taken for my card. I have not used this Company for the last ten years at all. Yet they charge me. I have tried to Unsubscribe but no luck.

User's recommendation: Be very careful when joining. They seem to continue to charge a subscription.

Not Able to reach a customer service representative to purchase cards. I am not a company just and older woman who wanted to begin using this system and need assistance!

Jacquie Lawson lists a customer service phone number on her official website and yet when I went to find it, it states otherwise! I guess she's getting a bit too independent. Doesn't she wish to include seniors? I have relatives in Europe I wanted to send cards to. Greeting and sentiments are so important to others. Although her cards are creative and different, she doesn't follow through with her services. I am annoyed, but not "_______"as there are plenty of fish in the sea!
