Hello there this is my third attempt at trying to contact your company to let you know that I have actually bought and paid $11.99 by PayPal on the 6th November 2023. My reference number is 20754****. Unfortunately when I go to the calendar it tells me I havent bought it and that your company has no record of it. I also didnt receive an activation number email as I did the last two years that I bought Advent calendars. Please help me out with this problem. I have paid for another two years subscription as well. Thank you Gina Costanzo

Angry over Advent Calendar for 2023

I have been a member of your e cards for many, many years! Recently just renewed my membership with your company.

I used to send the Advent Calendar each year to my grandsons. Now my son-in-law, Richard Rainville, each year sends me the Advent Calendar. WHAT A MAJOR DISAPPOINTMENT THIS YEAR WHEN I REALIZED YOU GUYS USED AN OLD ADVENT CALENDAR FROM YEARS IN THE PAST!!! Only a long standing member would realize that this year was not a NEW ADVENT CALENDAR.

Your prices went up...I get that...but your merchandise should be new each year when it comes to the Advent Calendar.

Both my daughter, Alicia Rainville, and myself were very dissapointed this year in what you did. That's not correct and you should refund my son-in-law his money for doing what you did by not providing a NEW ADVENT CALENDAR for 2023.

My wife is extremely frustrated trying to log into the site to send a card on her Samsung tablet. She enters her user name and password and then these pictures pop up asking to identify the squares with certain objects appear. After doing that, more pictures pop up asking the same thing and on and on until she is totally frustrated. We are seniors and not very computer savvy. If it is not simple, we can't figure it out. At this point we would like to cancel our subscription to save our sanity.

Hello I have tried to cancel my yearly renewal subscription the next day after the renewal after changing my mind by sending to emails. No response at all. It feels like no one is on the other side of this website. Hence this is plainly non compliance to our right to cancellation. Without response from them, I will complain through legal channels.

Every time I write the Christmas message out and then try to preview it, website won't allow it. I don't want to send out cards with no message or incorrect message. What's going on? I didn't have this problem before, so give me some help on this. Please!

This was my original Email! However I have contacted my credit Dept and had J Lawson charge reversed!

So much time and trouble with trying yo contact J Lawson and then time spent to reverse them!! WHEW!

Here is my original.I was recently auto charged for another year of Jacque Lawson cards. I no longer use this service and now when I tried to reach out to cancel I find that it is a troubled lack of being able to communicate easily! Not happy with that since I felt I might start using again.

But!

Because of this lack of service so I can contact you I now totally want to end this service completely! Thank You, Rose Marie

Terrible. you cannot reach customer service for unauthorized renewal

I was billed for an auto-renewal that I did not authorize and cannot cancel this $45.00 subscription. Horrible experience. How do I cancel. Your instructions do not work.

FRAUDULENT BUSINESS PRACTICES!

I gifted a friend a calendar, JL sent a dead activation code. Customer "support"---probably in an underpaid Eastern European sweatshop---neither understands the issue nor solves the problem described by my friend.

I have also complained via email and get no response at all! This really feels like FRAUD to me.

Will I sue them for 7 EUR? I am tempted, because a look at this PissedConsumer page shows me that my case is not a singular occurrence. JL's behavior looks like a fraudulent business pattern to me.

If every one of us who complained on this page were to sue JL, they would be in serious trouble.

By the way, my activation link worked and I have to say that the 2023 Advent Calendar is recycled from previous years, even some scenes are recycled. Recycled activities, recycled scenery, recycled music.

All for the full price! Again, this feels like FRAUDULENT BUSINESS BEHAVIOR to me.
