Cannot Sent card to the right page on Facebook

I always use your cards for the members of my group forum on Facebook. But this time when I tried to post a card for a member, it did not give me the option of sending it to a particular page. I have no idea where it went. I tried twice and cancelled both cards.

Fix the problem. This is the second time this has happened.

Trying to update my e-mail address

Thought it was taken care of and I tried to us it and it wouldn't recognize my new address. Said they would send information on updating it. Just received an e-mail today, 3 days later, that doesn't help with making the update.

Had to resend 2 valentines before only one was received!

My brother's family still haven't received their valentine as of today 2/21/21 and I resent it 2 days ago. It was originally slated for a 2/14 pickup and never arrived. What gives? My other friend didn't receive hers on the due date of 2/14 so I resent it 2 days ago and she finally got it! This is not impressive!

I sent a card to bedsplantsales@***.com...NEVER RECEIVED I also sent a picture card recently but the full wording never appeared. What can you do please??????

Everytime I sign up for a JL card, I had changed my email address more than 6-8 months ago

When I sign up they won't accept my new email address and ask me to change my password which I've had for many years! What do I do about this situation? Please email me ASAP! Marion Da Silva PS And Don't tell me your workers are sick due to COVID!

No service

Been dealing with the e-card for years and very satisfied. However, haven't been able since Xmas to send cards. Is she out of business.?? Just tried again and when you click on card, nothing happens.

Charged twice for 2021 membership

One of my cards was charged $20 in January 2021. the 2nd card was charged the same amount in February 2021. What is going on? this is not the 1st time I was double charged

Resolved: Automatic renewal of "merchandise" purchase by deceased

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Once they found out I was reporting them as predators for elderly and automatice renewals are force on cards that are closed, they told me they would refund the money in a matter of days, we will see if that comes true or not..

Mom entered into memory care two years ago, about the time she signed up with Jacquie Lawson apparently. Her two year membership dues came up again for $30 and it was charged by Jacquie Lawson to a charge card that was probably lost at the memory care facility years ago. She could not use her tablet or desktop computer and has not had a phone or written checks for two years either. There is no way to contact Jacquie Lawson via phone, so numerous emails do not get a response, and why would they want to cancel a membership, even to someone deceased.

User's recommendation: Don't sign up for any renewal from this company, as you cannot contact them.

Resolved: Fraudulent charges by Jacquie Lawson

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. supposedly getting a full refund thanks to PissedConsumer, but PC.com got their phone number, which should be published so everyone can contact them when they get stuck like I did.

Jacquie Lawson automatically renewed a "merchandise" purchase to my deceased mother months after her death. To top it off, the charge was placed on a card that has been lost for two years so no one knew where it was either. Long story short is the "automatic" renewal will be cause for a lot of people to investigate how their disabled and aged parent ever was able to charge anything, let alone receive merchandise. The other fun part of this is that they have no phone numbers, so you can just simmer about how poorly they operate while they delete email after email.

User's recommendation: Do not sign up for AUTOMATIC renewal of anything, as you don't know how long you are going to be around anyway.

Refund not activated

As per email, I am still waiting for my refund I really cannot comment on questions below as I have not made any purchases as yet due to busy business and Covid virus causing delays in communication Once I have received my refund I may well join so that I can send nice cards. At this time that is more or less impossible. I would like my problem resolved before signing up Regards Amelia

New registration for 2 years failed twice

Chery Gallick edandcherigallick@***.com Twice today, I have got on my site First attempt failed. the is plenty of money in my account. So when I tried my second reregistration in which I doubled checked everything and it was correctly submitted the 2nd time, I got some white message on top that said try again later...What's that about . Either have someone walk me through this or I give up. Cheryl

A new problem

I was trying to send a message to JL re: my membership. It would not accept my password, so I was trying to retrieve that. Now you have connected me with some site that wants to charge $1 and 40 some dollars a month for my JL membership!!! I have NEVER paid that sum per month. I pay for one year! And the yearly amount is somewhere in the vicinity of what you want per month - - not even that much. Please advise and DON'T CONNECT ME WITH SOMEONE WHO WANTS A MONTHLY CHARGE!!

Haven't used site for years, they keep charging me subscriptions

Have never been able to unsubscribe. have tried to contact them many times. Normally its easy to finish with a company, that you no longer wish to use , but not this one.At least Ten years since I have used them.
