I don't have one. I would suggest a better customer service avenue.

I see a $75.00 charge on my credit cart to Jacquie Lawson. I didn't purchase any product from this site. and will dispute the charge unless it is removed or explained.

My friend send me the Advent calendar but it was not working properly andI only could get some days. I tried every thing.

Did contact the Company butthey never responded, so I missed out on daily Advent. I did not appriciatethere customer care, it looks to me that they don't seem to care.

It's very hard to contact them. All they have is suggestions on there website. Then they say will get back to you and that might happened in 5 days or never. But I do love there cards. Lets hope they are going to change there customer service. Also it's a no no to charge your credit card automatically.

Some cards would not fill/send completely -no customer help

I recently tried to send birthday card but at end card would not send and said" must add name". ? I could not determine what was missing/needed as cards were sent previously without problems. Customer service said they would get back to me but was not in time before birthday. no response. Disappointed in their lack of help on this. Will be wary for future use.

Do not sign up! You will be charged forever and cannot cancel!!!

I cancelled my membership with this company at least 4 years ago, but still keep getting charges on my credit card. They are also making it almost impossible to contact them. Terrible service!

Be diligent about auto renewal. I was wronged & want $ back

Your company automatically renewed my membership without my permission, and I'm upset. They charged debit card $20.00 and I would appreciate an apology and a credit back to the card on file. Be aware you might be charged even if you don't want the service!

I recently was charged for your card service. I do not want these cards and would appreciate having my money refunded. It was a charge on Dec. 6, 2019. I am very perplexed as to how this happened since I don't use the card very often and it was charged!! Please respond to this message. As you can tell I am very upset about this!! I believe this company has a customer service or help line or such. Go to their main website and find the "contact us" or similar. Too late to send a physical card, so if all else fails, send an email to your intended recipients wishing them a merry Christmas, etc.

Better customer service

My friend bought me the Advent Calender, it is a nightmare to watch. To this day 2,4,5,6,8,9,11,14,and to day 15 can not be seen.Why is that. I'm very frustrated with this male function. I,m going to tell her about it and I think there should be a refund. I have been a customer for many years and do like there service, except for the Advent Calender. Beware of the advent calendar in future!

I ordered 2 advent calendars on Dec. 6th, 2019 with email addressed of the intended recipents. Both calendars were sent to me. What happened and why didn't they go to the email addresses and why would I be charged $10 for goods that were not delivered.

If you have a problem good luck getting help

Asking me to activate my advent calendar on my iPad after using it successfully for 4 days. NO WAY TO GET A HUMAN TO SPEAK TO. This is unacceptable and I will tell everyone I know about this problem.
