NO----I will not do that!!!!!

American Express billed me in January 2020 for $30 for your services. I called and told them I did not apply for that. They spoke with you and sent me a notice dated January 12 stating on January 1 you charged me with an authorization code of 149882. I DID NOT CONTACT YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE. Please cancel the charge with Amex ending 1008. My phone # is 707-476-****.

Not good

I am still asking whether two birthday cards were sent to Dave Downs, if you see the message one was for Dave and other was for Bonnie. Since Bonnie(wife) does not have an email because of medical problems I was using the email address of Dave. So far your help has been poor &;;;; and I think I should be able to ask that question &not have to pay,there is nothing wrong with my equipment. My email is dbuchler@***.edu

I am very concerned because I picked a birthday card for my granddaughter earlier today and arranged for it to be sent next week. I checked back tonight to make certain I had arranged for the correct date.?when I went to My pending cards” The message read that I had no pending cards. Please investigate and get back to me ASAP . I have a charge on my checking account for $20.00 dated 20 December 2019. I did not order a card but I did receive one from Joyce Oster. Are you charging me for that card and if so then tell me how the charges go reversed. Do not get involved with them!!! They take your money forever without your permission. and you can not cantact them to ask why!

I haven't ordered their cards for about four years but now they have charged me 14.00 for customer help and 20.00 to my credit card for renewal that I did not authorized. So I think it is about time to contact the Better Business Beureau to see what they can do. My contact number is susieq72@***.com if you are also trying to get your money back. Sue Coburn

I don't have one. I would suggest a better customer service avenue.

I see a $75.00 charge on my credit cart to Jacquie Lawson. I didn't purchase any product from this site. and will dispute the charge unless it is removed or explained.

My friend send me the Advent calendar but it was not working properly andI only could get some days. I tried every thing.

Did contact the Company butthey never responded, so I missed out on daily Advent. I did not appriciatethere customer care, it looks to me that they don't seem to care.

It's very hard to contact them. All they have is suggestions on there website. Then they say will get back to you and that might happened in 5 days or never. But I do love there cards. Lets hope they are going to change there customer service. Also it's a no no to charge your credit card automatically.
