Your service will not forward cards I order.

I have tried to send six cards in the last few hours to two addresses. None are going through. I switched credit cards and still the same result; however, you accepted a 2 year subscription on my old card, and a 2 year subscription on the card I switched from. Quite annoying and very user unfriendly. Please fix your system. I'll be canceling the credit card payment for the 2 year subscription you accepted on my old card, leaving me with a 2 year subscription paid on the new card.

Is my subscription in working order?

My credit company sent me an email to say it had been declined when Jacquie Lawson was attempting to renew membership. So, I tried logging in and sure enough JL was using my "lost credit card number". Now that I have my new credit card I tried logging in again through my email and it says another subscription was already charged. Am I a current customer with the ability to send a card for the next two years or not? ok would l Love a response from JL as to this question?

my poor granddaughter did not receive our card!!!! I sent one the same time to my employee i did not receive her reply and she sent one!!! Very Bad service worse than American Greetings on Valentines Day!!!

Recurring charges on my credit card
